April 17 - 29: GRIDLOCKED

Art Explores Psychology

George Brown College Exhibit
Artworks created by the students of Dianne Acey

This is a group work that is a collection rather than a consensus.

This course encourages the use of drawing and other art processes as a means of inquiry, exploration and expression. Each week a basic psychological need or issue is discussed with examples of artists who explore similar themes. Students are encouraged to think of their work as 'personal journal pieces.' Materials and techniques are deliberately kept simple and inexpensive to enable the maximum focus on the expressive process.

The only stipulation for this exhibit was that the work should be 8 1/2" x 11" and light in weight.

Prints will be available at reasonable cost.
